Instructions

1, A, B rubber by weight than mixing, and then placed in a vacuum chamber, high vacuum bubble 5~12 minutes.

2, the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned before filling and drying at 150 degrees, in order to eliminate water, oil, dust and other impurities, after sealing rubber check if it is found that there are bubbles should be discharged to heat curing.

3, the proposed curing process: 100 C /1.0h 120 C /2.0h

4, LED lamp after curing, before reflow soldering should be sealed to save or vacuum packaging to prevent moisture absorption.

5, A, B glue mixture must be used up within 4 hours.
