Three, the use of Technology
1, before mixing: first of all, the A component and B component in their respective containers fully stirring evenly.
2, mixing: should comply with the A component: B component = 1: 1 weight ratio, and stir evenly.
3, the bubble: plastic mixture should be evacuated after 1-3 minutes.
4, potting glue mixture should be filled as soon as possible to perfuse the products, so as to avoid the late rubber thickening and bad fluidity.
5, curing: room temperature curing can be heated. The higher the temperature, the faster the cure rate is. When the temperature is low, the curing time should be prolonged. It takes a long time to solidify in winter, it is recommended that the heating method is cured, 80 to 100 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, and the room temperature is about 12 hours.
